This policy explains what personal data we collect through rafalanfranco.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS.
The controller of your personal data is 4D2STUDIO S.A.C., taxpayer ID (RUC) No. 20543551571, with its address at Calle Cajamarca No. 404, Barranco district, Lima, Peru, the company that owns the Lanfranco Studios brand (hereinafter, “Lanfranco Studios”).

We collect the data you voluntarily give us:
Fields marked as required are needed to handle your request. If you don’t fill them in, we won’t be able to reply to you or subscribe you.
In addition, when you browse the site, usage data is collected automatically, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and where you came from, through cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Meta. We use this data to understand how the site is used, improve it and measure the results of our ads. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie notice (see section 6).
We process your data on the basis of your prior, free, express and informed consent, which you give us when you send the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to yo@rafalanfranco.com or by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
For analytics and advertising cookies, the basis is the consent you give in the cookie notice, which you can change or withdraw at any time.
We do not sell or hand over your personal data to third parties. To run the site, some providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
Some of these providers have servers outside Peru, so using the site may involve an international transfer of data (cross-border flow). We only work with providers that offer adequate levels of protection.
We may also disclose your data to the competent authorities when required by law or court order.
The “Store” button takes you to our store at shop.rafalanfranco.com, run on the Shopify platform. Purchases, payments and shipping data are governed by the privacy policy published in the store itself.
The first time you visit, we show you a notice so you can choose which cookies you accept. You can change your choice at any time from the link “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Links to Instagram, Facebook and other external sites take you to pages with their own privacy and cookie policies.
After those periods, we delete or anonymize your data, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
As the owner of your personal data, you can exercise the following rights at any time:
To exercise them, write to us at yo@rafalanfranco.com with the subject “Data protection”. Include your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or alteration. Among them, the site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to information is restricted to the people who need it to handle your request.
This site is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 14, do not send us personal data without your parents’ or guardians’ permission. If we find that we have received data from a minor without that permission, we will delete it.
We may update this policy when our services or the regulations change. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last updated date.
