The Imachinarium is a post-apocalyptic landscape. Two humanoid creatures move through its desolation: Yute and Tocuyo. Yute is small, bright-eyed, and wears a tall hat that always points to the stars, where his mind wanders: he is an inventor, a thinker and an architect. Tocuyo is made of tougher stuff; he is tall and strong and was born to make things: builder, maker and test pilot, he only ever says “La luz” and only writes in strange emojis. They work together: one comes up with the ideas and the other carries them out with the scrap that makes up their home.
